Today is so different from the segregated life of my childhood! I will never forget the day that I was riding with my Girl Scout troop, returning to Fort Eustis, Virginia. The bus pulled in to a rest stop, but none of the Afro American girls could get off, at first.

There are dozens of books objecting to Obama as President, some of them sold online at such places as NPR. I am starting to read many of them. Thank heavens for freedom of the press! Better to raise these objections now, so that he may face them and do something about them.
